1. Introduction
Welcome to ProjectPro Academy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProjectPro Academy website, services, and learning platform (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 4. Course Enrollment and Payment
4.1 Enrollment. Enrollment in our courses is subject to availability and may require payment of fees.
4.2 Payment. By enrolling in a paid course, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are payable in advance and non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.
4.3 Payment Methods. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our website. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.
4.4 Taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchase of our courses. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Cooling-off Period. You may cancel your enrollment in a course and request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
5.2 Process. To request a refund, you must contact us through the designated channels within the refund period. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
5.3 Exceptions. Special promotions, discounted courses, or enterprise packages may have different refund policies, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Content. All content included in our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials, is the property of ProjectPro Academy or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from our Services without our explicit permission.
6.2 Limited License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
6.3 User Content. You retain ownership of any user content you submit to our platform. By submitting user content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, and publicly display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
6.4 Feedback. If you provide us with ideas, suggestions, or recommendations about our Services ("Feedback"), you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

8. Term and Termination
8.1 Term. These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or us.
8.2 Termination by You. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing all use of our Services and canceling your account.
8.3 Termination by Us. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
8.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
9.1 As Is. Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9.2 Disclaimers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will ProjectPro Academy, its affiliates, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, regardless of the theory of liability (including negligence) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for accessing our Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProjectPro Academy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, and losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, any user content you provide, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Cyprus Arbitration and Mediation Centre. The arbitration shall take place in Nicosia, Cyprus, and shall be conducted in the English language.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page. Your continued use of our Services after we post changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
